The cleaning materials have to be purchased by a responsible employee who again has to waste valuable time shopping around for the best prices, collecting the consumables or ensuring that they are delivered timeously.

In addition to the above, the employee has to ensure that the cleaners have the correct equipment to clean effectively and to maintain the equipment at all times in working order.
